Michael Whitehead
director specialist support coordinator
Michael comes with a wealth of knowledge in the Specialist Support Coordination space and over the last several years has built a strong foundation within the progressive neurological space and hospital to home discharge pathway. Michael is committed to achieving what others haven’t been able to achieve and has seen great success with helping clients in complex care situations transition into SDA and SIL housing supports along with assisting participants after months in hospital, being able to go home with the support of the NDIS.
Michael has an interest in helping participants work through plan reviews and changes in situation applications and has a strong understanding of how to work with the NDIS and the needs and best interest of the participant to achieve exciting outcomes.
Chloe Campsell
operations and accounts manager
Chloe brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, and oversees all our accounting, administration and operation’s needs.
Previously Chloe has worked in HR and payroll, along with rostering and people management so is a great fit to oversee the operations at Assist Right Support.
Chloe is the main point of contact for our participants wanting support work and assists with quality and compliance and all training needs of our highly skilled support workers.

Rachael Van Der Kolk
support coordinator
Rachael has a high interest in the Mental Health and Psychosocial field with a focus on holistic support and client wellbeing. Rachael has worked in the disability sector for 13 years, starting as a Support Worker then progressing to Case Management and then onto Support Coordination. Rachael is currently studying a Diploma of Counselling and also has a keen interest in advocacy and developing community connections.
